SALES AGREEMENT

ARTICLE 1 - PARTIES TO THE CONTRACT

BUYER: Customer (Buyer is the person who makes purchases from the website of the Seller, www.odaliz.com.tr. The address and contact information provided by the buyer is taken as basis for billing and contact information.)

By accepting this contract, the BUYER accepts in advance that if the subject of the contract approves the order, he will be under the obligation to pay the price of the order and the additional fees, if any, such as shipping fee and tax, and that he has been informed about it.

ARTICLE 2 - SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT:

The subject of this contract is the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of the goods/services with the qualifications mentioned in the contract and the sale price of which is specified in the contract, which the Buyer has ordered electronically from the website of the Seller, www.odaliz.com.tr. It is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation.

The buyer, the basic characteristics of the goods / services subject to sale, the sales price, payment method, delivery conditions, etc. He/she accepts and declares that he/she has knowledge of all preliminary information and the right of "withdrawal" regarding the goods/services subject to sale, that he/she confirms this preliminary information in electronic environment and then orders the goods/services in accordance with the provisions of this contract. Likewise, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in any way, as the return of the products whose packaging, tape, package, etc. has been opened after delivery, since the return is not appropriate in terms of health and hygiene. Opening the product packaging is within the scope of the exception to the right of withdrawal.

The prices listed and announced on the site are the sales price. Advertised prices are valid until updated or changed. If there is a product that has been announced for a limited time, the price announced will be valid until the end of the specified period.

The buyer states that the data he/she has entered into the system while he/she is a member of the site and during his/her shopping belongs to him or that he has permission to use and share; He accepts and undertakes that he will not enter any data that he or she does not have the right to use, otherwise all responsibility belongs to him. The Buyer is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this contract at the time the order is placed. The prices listed and announced on the site are the sales price. Advertised prices and promises are valid until updated and changed. Prices announced for a period of time are valid until the end of the specified period.

ARTICLE 3 - DATE OF THE AGREEMENT, DELIVERY OF THE GOODS/SERVICES, PLACE OF PERFORMANCE AND DELIVERY OF THE AGREEMENT:

This contract has been drawn up by the Buyer on the date the order is placed. The goods/services will be delivered to the Customer at the address requested by the buyer. Packages that are thought to be damaged during shipment should be opened and checked in front of the company representative from which they were received. If there is any damage to the product, the product should not be received by keeping a record with the cargo company. In case the report is not kept, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted that the cargo company has fully fulfilled its duty after the product is received.

ARTICLE 4. GENERAL PROVISIONS

4.1. The BUYER accepts that he has read and learned the basic characteristics, sales price and payment method of the products displayed on the WEBSITE, as well as the preliminary information about the delivery, and has given the necessary confirmation for the sale in the electronic environment.

4.2. The PRODUCT is delivered to the delivery address specified by the BUYER on the WEBSITE, packed with its invoice and intact, within 30 days at the latest,

4.3. If the PRODUCT is to be delivered to a person/organization other than the BUYER, the SELLER cannot be held responsible if the person/organization to be delivered does not accept the delivery.

4.4. The BUYER is responsible for checking the PRODUCT as soon as it is received and when he sees a problem in the PRODUCT arising from the cargo, not accepting the PRODUCT and keeping a report to the CARGO company official. Otherwise, the SELLER will not accept responsibility.

4.5. The Agreement approved by the BUYER during the shopping on the WEBSITE is sufficient and valid in any case.

4.6. Unless otherwise stipulated in writing by the SELLER, the BUYER must have paid the price in full before receiving the PRODUCT. If the price of the PRODUCT is not paid to the SELLER before delivery, the SELLER may unilaterally cancel the contract and not deliver the PRODUCT.

ARTICLE 5. RETURN POLICY

You may return unworn, unwashed items within 10 days of purchase for a full refund of the price of the product according to the following rules:

All returned items must be in the original condition in which they were received. Items that have been washed or worn cannot be returned or exchanged. If we determine that your item has been washed or worn we reserve the right to deny your exchange. Items that smell of smoke, perfume or have pet hair on them will be not be accepted for return/exchange.

Clearance items, jewellery, artwork and consumable products are FINAL SALE. No returns or exchanges are allowed.

If your are shipping back an item, for local shipments within turkey returns are free of charge, but for international shipments ( other than Turkey ) return shipping fees have to be paid by the customer.
